Welcome to Donia LLC!
We are a consulting and workforce solutions firm serving City, State, Federal agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profit organizations since 2006.
Founded by Donia Piersaint, a Biomedical, Industrial, Occupational Safety and Health, and ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Donia used her experience to create her own company after realizing she has much to contribute to leaders and organizations seeking solutions to improve their organizations, operations, and projects delivery.
Since 2006, Donia LLC has continued expanding into a successful firm with a diverse team of experts delivering business management consulting, IT consulting, technical assistance, staff augmentation, and other workforce solutions to organizations.

Founder and President
Donia Piersaint
Donia Piersaint brings over 20 years of experience as an Engineer, Business Management Consultant, and Project, Program, and Operations Manager.
As Donia LLC’s Founder and President, she leads our team with a focus on community and teamwork, inspiring growth and a collective, diverse unit dedicated to producing the best, most comprehensive results for our clients.
Piersaint draws on her background in supporting clients from government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and non-profit organizations to direct and manage each project.
Piersaint holds several academic degrees and certificates, including:
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering
Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering
A Graduate Certificate in Construction Projects Management
Piersaint is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)
ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)
